James Cook - Multi-award Winning Eyemouth Fish Merchant, and Jim Boyd - Former owner of The Torphichen Inn took over Marynka in March 2008 and rebranded it to Ship2Shore24 with the aim of offering Linlithgow a real taste of fresh Scottish seafood.
To ensure quality, all our ingredients are locally sourced and our food is prepared on the premises. This includes all of our Soups, bread, sauces, ice cream and sorbets. All of the seafood that reaches your plate is caught by the fishing boats from Eyemouth and prepared by our highly skilled chefs on our premises in under 24 hours! If you request we will even tell you the name of the boat and skipper that caught your seafood!
Not only do we supply an incredible dining experience we also provide a vast range of seafood at our seafood counter which is also stocked with fresh produce from Eyemouth fish merchant D.R Collin & Son. Great for taking home and serving for family and friends!
